HUMAN RESOURCES FOR THE DATA ECONOMY
The development of technologies that use modern IT solutions, quantum technologies and artificial intelligence for their functioning will make it possible to form an advanced economy in Russia - the data economy. In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, the Government of the Russian Federation is finalizing the development of a new national project "Data Economy", which is becoming one of the most important resources for strengthening scientific, educational, technological and industrial potential, outstripping the growth of citizens' incomes and improving the quality of people's lives.
The transfer of the traditional economy, social sphere, education, business, industry and authorities to qualitatively new principles of work, taking into account the global vector of the IT industry development, will solve the tasks of strengthening the country's technological sovereignty, ensure the presence of the Russian Federation among the leading countries in the world in terms of volume and quality of scientific research and development. The introduction of management technologies based on big data and artificial intelligence will make it possible to launch effective digital services for ordinary citizens and businesses, ensure the creation of a single digital platform in all spheres of the economy and society, provide for strengthening the security measures of the national digital and critical infrastructure.
The national education system, academic and business communities are faced with the task of providing systematic advanced personnel training to create a domestic computing and data storage infrastructure using domestic equipment, technologies and software, including cloud platforms, data centers, quantum communications and encryption technologies.
The VI International Scientific Forum "Step into the Future: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy" will be one of the platforms for discussing the national project "Data Economy".

• What is the role of business in training IT personnel? How can educational organizations and businesses interact to train high-quality IT personnel? What are the main problems and barriers in the integration of science and business?
