The scale of influence of artificial intelligence technologies on all spheres of society is steadily growing. Labour relations are no exception. On the one hand, these technologies open up new opportunities for automating routine tasks and increasing labour productivity, and influence the formation of new professional knowledge and competencies. On the other hand, they carry serious risks associated with the release of some of the employed and the growth of unemployment, as well as raise the problem of social responsibility of their use, including issues of transparency, ethics and data security. In this regard, modern companies are forced to revise many aspects of HR policy, including recruitment, training and development strategies. Russian companies are expanding the use of artificial intelligence technologies, adapting HR policies to the new realities.
