In the era of digital economy, rapid growth of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in various spheres of life of modern society, the issues of legal regulation of intellectual property are becoming important.
The existing problems of legal regulation of public relations arising in connection with the development and use of artificial intelligence systems lead to risks for business and society as a whole.
The formation of a comprehensive system of legal regulation in the field of artificial intelligence is a strategic task aimed at ensuring the goals of national development of the Russian Federation in accordance with the National Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence for the period up to 2030.
