ROUND TABLE
«Political and Socio-Psychological Dynamics in the Context of Data Economy Development»
The achievement of technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation cannot be accomplished without considering the political factors and socio-psychological processes taking place in Russian society. The unprecedented sanctions imposed by the collective West on Russia have exacerbated the need for decisive political action, as a response to the societal demand and as an adequate reaction to the task of promoting domestic product development and production lines that provide a lasting ability to counter external and internal threats. The National Project "Data Economy" is focused on creating an infrastructure for computing and data storage based on domestic technologies, which is an essential component of technological sovereignty. Under these conditions, the data economy technologies currently being designed should be treated as one of the most important factors in ensuring the stability of the Russian state and society.
