Almost all the tasks of the economy digital transformation set within the framework of the National Program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" have been completed. This made it possible for Russia to achieve one of the most advanced levels of public services and digital ecosystems coverage, eliminate regulatory barriers to paperless document management, use smart contracts and biometric identification. It managed to build the foundation of an economy focused on data creation and processing. By 2030 Russia should enter the top five countries with the largest volume of exports of products using modern IT technologies and artificial intelligence.
